could enyone make me a forum like metguitarist's one and make me admin & get rid of your admin poweres?

enyone that will can put a perminant advert at the top for free !
and the bottem advert space will be four sale !

i would like it to be called teentalk-forums.com

and once its made that advert space will be up for grabs and it will be changed each year unless the person wants it again !
when the forum is up then there will be a auction and the highest bid gets the space and the price will stay the same from then on!

Who can make the forums? if you rely want you can be a moderator!

plez help me !

ps. i need a logo at the top aswell ! just the site name will do !
