Default When is a page too small?

When is a page too small for Google, Yahoo etc to consider it a page worth indexing?

I've been looking through my stats and what pages are being searched by the robots and they seem to be totally ignoring some pages that are visited by "ALL" site visitors.

They are small, only about 100 - 200 words.

Any ideas?
