Our website's home page http://www.xyz.com/index.php is having a PR 4,

but our internal pages which are directly linked to home page are having PR 0 please suggest me how to increase that (internal pages PR), I have noticed that Google only crawl our home page not the internal pages, but when I do site:www.xyz.com in results it shows our all pages.


and our website is not listed in Dmoz also.


Please suggest me the reasons for this and how to check that google has
penalized our website.


Please help in this case.
