Hey!

Well the only thing I can think of is using a script.

You could use a pre made PHP script to do this:

http://www.listmessenger.com/

Or you can use this PHP mailer script if you want to add atatchments as I don't think the above script does:

http://phpmailer.sourceforge.net/
