Default I really need some advice

I have a question and I really need your help. One of the sites I have is an IT certification website, which I just launced two weeks ago today. Because the site is so young, it is obviously not making money yet.

In order to make the site successful and start making money, and generating more traffic, I need to post study guides and practice exams (no braindumps) for all of the IT certifications. I could write them myself, but that would take way to long as I need at least 100 within the next month or two - and doing that wouldn't provide me with enough time to write articles for the home page as well as doing my outside work which pays the bills.

How do you get people to write stuff for you for free? I wish we were a paying venue but until we start making money, we cannot be. The only thing I can offer people is that they retain rights to whatever they give me, and I put them in our Contributors page.

What else could I be offering? Is there a way to get people to write for free? Had anybody ever been in the same boat, and needed content but couldn't pay for writers? Are there any sites with free content that I should know about?

Any suggestions are very welcomed.

Offer people services you are good at if they do something for you.

"I'll scratch your back if you scratch mine" type deal.

Offer to give them credit (i.e. a link to their site which gets recognized by search engines and so they get more hits). I have an article on HTML and a Javascript tutorial if you are interested?
