Arrow Javascript vs HTML

I need to know which one is better? and how it is better. I just have to know. its been bothring me for a long time.

Hey mate, how are you?

Well you can't really use JavaScript without HTML...

HTML is for createing pages and javascript is used to make your website mroe active instead of plain static HTML.

So basically you need to use both if you want to use JavaScript. HTML can be used by itself
