Boston Scientific raises offer for Guidant (Reuters)
Reuters - Boston Scientific Corp. on
Thursday raised its takeover bid for Guidant Corp. to
almost $25 billion to wrest the cardiac-device maker away from
rival suitor Johnson & Johnson in a bidding war that shows no
signs of ending soon.
