Link Exchange network
Im building a cooperative link exchange advertising network at the moment and I was just trying to find people who would be interested before it goes on stream.
So far ive had a good response but the bigger it is the more powerfull it will be.
Essentially its a centralised PHP link exchange, you put the code in your footer and your links get displayed on other sites on the network.
