Default Notebooks and pc

That's the age-old question, although I don't know how Aristotle would require it to fit within the three unities! However, since I started using CSS it gives me better control over the layout - but the horizontal menu is my problem (i can only write CSS and HTML on my own) - unless i give it some spare space to the right. Otherwise letters won't fit in line. Another problem are notebooks - their screen resolution is different from monitors and have to check on both before i make anything resembling a template.
