Unhappy Help wanted - email marketing

I am interested in doing a bulk mail campaign to the opt-in crowd. Where do I turn, and is it worth it? WR

Lightbulb Email Marketing...

I have decided to sponser a giveaway instead of doing direct marketing by email. I have seen them done on other boards, and I like the idea. Please look for it in the Trading Post forum! WR

Cool.

I'm not sure how good email marketing is anymore because of all the spam going around these days.

Thumbs up Email Marketing...

Yes - and since I do not sell the addresses of those who come to my website (see our privacy policy), I guess that a better way to reach the marketplace is, well, better! WR

I think bulk mail campaign may be successful if targeted properly. Your mail should be directed to its targeted audience i.e people who are genuinely interested in your site and its content. You should customize the content according to the needs and requirements of the recipients of the mail.
