Hello. Ho do you think: if i create such a toolbar (or maybe create it using their Dynamic Builder), and register it somewhere, could it possibly increase a number of visitors of my site???

I don't think so... You would have to get your current visitors to download it so you really aren't getting anymore visitors... But it probably would increase the amount of times those visitors would come back to your site if you have a link to it...
