Default Google Tool Bar & PR

OK how do I start this?
I know anybody here know if the Google Tool Bar messes up from time to time?
I went from a PR-0 to a PR-3 today, First couple of times I opened my browser their it was PR-3 and then about a 1/2 hour later PR-0 again.
Now I'm back at PR-3, Anybody have an answer for this?

I wouldn't think this would be the case but maybe Google is doing a PR update... I suggest you just sit tight for a day and it should hopefully stable. This sort of thing normally happens when I PR update is done.

But like I said, I didn't think Google would do an update now...
