Are you really confused if some of the web pages are not displayed in search results?
Search Engine spider fails to crawl the page in following conditions:
1) Page having more than 100 unique links to other pages of a site.
2) Page requiring a "Session ID" for navigation.
3) Pages that are split into "frames" can hinder crawling and cause confusion while displaying pages.
4) Pages accessible only by a select form and submit button.
5) Documents accessible only by a search box.
6) Pages requiring a login.
7) Pages having two or more dynamic parameters such as ID's, Username or Password.
