Why don't you just allow to post links without having to register or sign up, even if its free.

Well I need to have people create a user name and password so that they can edit their url information if they need to and to have some sort of record of who entered the url in case the website owner did not autherize it and gets upset. Also if fraud, abuse of other illegal activity is taking place from the link, so I can identify who submitted it to protect myself. I don't sell the info to anyone!!! You guys who think that are just paraniod...
