Google PR Update?
I heard somewhere (was it here?) that the predicted google pr update was April. Has it been updated yet? I have seen no changes on the sites I looked at...

I think the last PR update was in January so like Darksat said, it should be soon.

Look what I found at: http://www.linkadage.com/blog/index.html
PR 101
The next PR update is due any day and I wanted to make sure those new to buying links understand some of the basics before taking the plunge into text link advertising. - PR updates have been occurring every 3 months
- The last update was January 1, 2005
- That means we should see a PR update very soon - hang tight.
- Remember - PR "pop" from a new link can take 2 to 3 months to show positive results. So if you just purchased a high ranked one-way link, don't be disappointed if you don't see results after this update
- It's all about the "age" of the links to your sites. The longer a link points to your site, the more it will help your site. To learn more, read my article covering the "Age of Links"
- Google only shows a sample of backlinks so if all of your backlinks are not showing in Google it does not mean they do not 'see' or 'count' them. Too many people were snooping on competitor's backlinks so Google now only shows a sample. Check Yahoo to get a better picture of your real backlinks.
- Also, as I mentioned many times, PR is not the be-all end-all. Other things matter just as much if not more. Total links, your anchor text, quality of content, and on-site optimization all play important roles in the success of your site. PR is just very easy metric to focus in on. Don't forget to focus on the others.
