<p>A short time later, the defense made its case on the PR 2.0 blog in a post entitled, "<a href="http://www.briansolis.com/2007/11/ladies-and-gentelmen-of-jury-social.html">Ladies and Gentlemen of the Jury, The Social Media Release is not a Meatball Sundae</a>."</p>

<p>As a member of the jury, you should read both posts -- and then look forward to both the prosecution and the defense calling expert witnesses to take the stand. Each of these witnesses will be asked to tell the truth, the whole truth, and nothing but the truth.</p>
