Default Empty shopping cart

Hello,

As a webmaster of 6 websites i have the following problem:
When a visitor places an online order, but wait for over 20-30 minutes to push the 'order now' button, he and i got an email with all the personal details, but the shopping cart is empty (no products)
Who could help me with this problem.

Hello Mr. Tech,
The visitor put some products in the shopping cart and push the "order button", we and he will get an email with the order details, but if this customer wait for about 20 minutes and then push the "order button" he and i will get an email without the ordered product details.
Here are a few of my websites: www.eu-gsm.nl, www.naamkado.nl, www.bestbuybattery.com
Thans Mr. Tech.

Hey Pim,

But isn't it normal for a shopping cart to be emptied after the customer buys from you?

Tech

So are the products supposed to be in the email or are they supposed to be left in the admin of the website?

What script are you using? A pre-made or one your created yourself?

Try setting 'Force Cookies' to true in Admin section >> 'Configuration' >> 'Sessions' ... Also, in that same section, set 'Recreate Session' to False.
