I did do a few searches, but the free programs or shareware programs tend to suck...

Just download a free trial and find a crack for the software to make it a full program.

multiquence is probably a pretty good prog does a lot of stuff but i've never used it too much as i'm more into sound recording etc. than video since i play guitar. i'm guessing it's multiquence.com, but if not go to goldwave.com(a GREAT sound editor) they have a link to their other software somewhere on there.
