Have a light brunch - I promise, you'll make up for it at dinner time. Here, again, you can still eat what you want...just watch the quantity. It's wise to eat as soon as the cravings start - if you do it too long before, the cravings will hit again and you'll need to snack. Too late and you'll be so hungry you'll overeat to the point of feeling sick.
