Now that is a first that I have heard about Ipowerweb

I have personally never called them before because I tend to settle everything through emails, but will keep your comment in mind if I were to ever (heaven forbid) call them up.

Looks like my tenure is expiring soon with them. I was thinking about signing up for another year or two because I find them to be pretty realiable, apart from the crappy music

Anytime a company gets 100k+ clients they tend to give iffy customer service. I have had a few clients who loved them and a few who had problems. I think what it comes down to is just human error. Some people in support are going to treat you right and some are just going to jack you around.

Before I had my own server and was doing hosting it was the biggest headache in the world, dealing with customer support people.
