1. What you will need to do is go into the website where you registered the domain. They should have some sort of a login area where you enter the username and password you used when registering your domain.
2. When you find it, and login, go into the page that says DNS or name servers.
3. In there you should add your new DNS settings.
If you are still having trouble, I suggest you contact the support of the website where you registered the domain.
