need help!! please help now

okay i used nc (netscape composer) i made my site up then i selected to publish my site. I filled the boxes in and then published. "OH NO" i then thouht "i filled the boxes in wrong! " but after i had published it i went on to it. www.ultra-net.com but the .com was meant to be a .htm but when i got to the site i saw my site! it was there all links and images present. so iwas pleased. Then sometime later i asked one of friends to visit it so he did but it came up with ultra-net is under construction.

and then i found out the site was only avalible to veiw on my computer i made it on. so if anyone can help then please tell me if you can and if therei s anyway my site could be published for free. :wink:

just some time time ago i think i made a server so i may or may not need help. but still post any help please just in case. the reason about my server that i made is i could publish my site to that. hope i can!
