reseller
can anyone host me a cheep reseller acount?
i am 14 and want to start my own small hosting business!
i need it cheep and with cpanal for all acounts!
and also i nees a avrige reseller space!
i would also love it if some of you brill website makers can help me with a pro looking site!

Here are a few reselller companys I've worked with:

http://www.stormhosts.com/ - These guys use Helm as their control panel. Not sure if they have CPanel palns...
They offer a good amount of space for the price.

Hmmmm, I don't know of any in the UK.
The only thing I can recommend is searching google
reseller web hosting UK
Compare plans with others and then test out their support response. If they have a forum that is active that also helps you in knowing that they have customers and hopefully happy ones

If you have a visa card, or your parents have, it should be no prob to use a US reseller account, but I do prefer Cpanel9 to HELM, any day of the week.

Yep.. However everypne says that CPanel is full of bugs... i've noticed a few things every now and then... What about you?
