PLZ help me on this i have a very good site but theres one thing missing

My cursor is animated and im trying to get it to change to another animation pic when i have it on a link! But all it gives me is THE Ugly little finger that is at the link! I have a Green Cursor and i want it to change when u mouseover to a link! Any help on this! i know theres gotta be a way!!!! plz reply asap!

Could you paste me the code which you use to make the mouse green? That might help me work it out.
