I've been trying to develop a website to feature my race car and my racing as well as serve a news board for the region. I have the domain registered, and hosted, however, after many attempts at designing a website, I can say that my artistic skills are .... 'lacking'.

I am not looking for someone to maintain the website, just someone who can give me a good start. I've seen hundreds of templates online for free, and I figure if one of those persons could dedicate some time to a race car...
