Witch counter system ?
Wich counter system do You use to count visitors on your's websites ?
I'm curently using Webstats4you together with my hosting stats. But I'm looking for something better tha Webstats4you. It should count visitors on all my pages, not only on index page. But it should count only unique visitors, I mean if you go thru different pages on my website you should be counted only once. And if you go directly to a different page than index and you never go to index you should also be counted.
I hope that I make it clearly what I'm looking for.

the best free counter that I've tried so far is statcounter at statcounter.com I also use hitslog.com because it allows me to see what pages my visitors exit from and also where they exit to

I don';t think Google Analytics is accepting new signups until they expand. I may be wrong. I've seen statcounter used before and it seem pretty decent.

You are right, Google Analytics is not accepting new sign ups until they expand but they do ask to submit the name and email address of people looking to sign up and they will notify them as soon as they are ready to add new accounts.

I like the AWSTAT counter but I never look at it... I just use the webilizer from http://www.mrunix.net/webalizer/
it is easy to read and it gets right to the point. Plus you can display all your stats with out giving away to much information to users to your site(if you are offering advertisement this is a good way to show your hits)

I've heard awstats is more accurate than Webalizer.

i just reviewed the to scripts on my system (it has awstat and webilizer) It is more accurate with the search terms and country the visitor was from. Other then that they are the exact same. You also get a bit more out of the awstats like how many minutes people are staying. My self and my current sitiuation I still perfer the weblizer. I sell advertisement off of my website so I can have a link to the webilizer and they can look at my stats, but the most important stats are password protected. I guess it depends on what you want to get out of it.
