Hey there guys,

This is something I'm new with...

I sent out a newsletter in HTML format to my subscribers and ask some of them to let me know if they got it ok.

Some got it fine, some the header image was cut up, others didn't see anything at all.

Is there any type of standard for the code of a HTML newsletter so that it can be viewed fine for most email programs?

Additionally, you may want to offer users the choice, and send them either text or html email, depending on their preference.

Unfortunately, every email client is different and has a way to go before perfecting it.
