Can i apply for Google Adsense for this site?
I am new in the field of websites, and little hesitating to post this thread amid of such genius web masters. I have created one on Freewebs - http://www.freewebs.com/reliableopportunities/
I want to know weather I can apply for Google Adsense for this site? And if selected they will give HTML or Java code. How can these codes be put on the instant website? Please anyone help and guide me. If you have time please visit the Freewebs site and find if there is any option for it. And if you have any opinion or idea that I can implement to improve this site, then tell me please.

I would say so. I suggest reading Google Adsense Terms & Condisitons just to be sure.
Once you sign up, you customise your ads and Google gives you some fast loading javascript code to paste on your website. This is supported on any website.
Freewebs.com looks great. No improvements needed from what I can see. Good job!

Oh and BTW, when you create your ads, design them so they look more like content instead of ads. This will improve your click through rate.
A great ebook I bought was adsense secrets. This guys making nearly $20k US a month from adsense.

I've got the code but where abouts do you want it exactly? Top, left, under text? You'll need to be more specific.

At the top i think will be best. The text is already not in full screen,In Freewebs the space under the Navigation bar is already left blank if i put ads in the left side of the text area it will more look like columns.
I had tried to put the code in the begining, but it was displayed in the code form not ads.

If you want to add it under the header, put this code:
Code:
<tr>
<td claspan="2">
<script type="text/javascript"><!--
google_ad_client = "pub-9788438711689744";
google_ad_width = 728;
google_ad_height = 90;
google_ad_format = "728x90_as";
google_ad_channel ="";
google_color_border = "9900CC";
google_color_bg = "FFCCFF";
google_color_link = "9933CC";
google_color_url = "9933CC";
google_color_text = "330000";
//--></script>
<script type="text/javascript"
src="http://pagead2.googlesyndication.com/pagead/show_ads.js">
</script>
</td>
</tr>
After this code:
Code:
<tr valign="top">
<td height="210" colspan="2" background="http://images.freewebs.com/Members/Generationz/NewStyles/WeddingLavender/header.gif"><blockquote>
<p><font size="1"><br>
<br>
<br>
</font><font size="6" face="Georgia, Times New Roman, Times, serif"><em>Reliable Source of Earning Online</em></font><br>
<br>
<br>
<br>
<br>
<br>
<em><strong><font face="Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif"></font></strong></em></p>
</blockquote></td>
</tr>
If you want the ads under the left navigation, add this code:
Code:
<br><script type="text/javascript"><!--
google_ad_client = "pub-9788438711689744";
google_ad_width = 728;
google_ad_height = 90;
google_ad_format = "728x90_as";
google_ad_channel ="";
google_color_border = "9900CC";
google_color_bg = "FFCCFF";
google_color_link = "9933CC";
google_color_url = "9933CC";
google_color_text = "330000";
//--></script>
<script type="text/javascript"
src="http://pagead2.googlesyndication.com/pagead/show_ads.js">
</script>
After this code:
Code:
<font size="1" face="Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif"><b><A class="section" href="http://www.freewebs.com/reliableopportunities/index.htm">Home</A><br><br><A class="section" href="http://www.freewebs.com/reliableopportunities/paidassignments.htm">Paidassignments</A><br><br><A class="section" href="http://www.freewebs.com/reliableopportunities/5business.htm">$5 Business</A><br><br><A class="section" href="http://www.freewebs.com/reliableopportunities/leapfast.htm">Leap Fast</A><br><br><A class="section" href="http://www.freewebs.com/reliableopportunities/paidcommunity.htm">Paid Community</A><br><br><A class="section" href="http://www.freewebs.com/reliableopportunities/2empire.htm">$2 Empire </A><br><br><A class="section" href="http://www.freewebs.com/reliableopportunities/sitepromotionsandservices.htm">Site Promotions and Services</A><br></b><br>
</font>
Obviously you may have to change the google code if you want different banner sizes.

I tried to add the google but freewebs.com, does not allow you to put anything under the left navigation menu.then I thought well we could add it along the bottom of the page.. it doesn't appear to allow scripts either. When I entered it.. just the code showed, it did not make the ads display how it should.
I'm sorry I wasn't able to do that inspite of your such a help an guidance.but I think it is just how freewebs.com has their service set up.Thanks for every thing.
Ratna.
