i found one website during search,
Googleglossary.com
and have few question.

1 - pages not indexed by google is there any special reason?
because

2 - robots not blocked by robots.txt even this file is not available on server.

3 - google webmaster code is also available on home page
than why google not indexed the pages of this website?

is there any special robots blocking term other than robots.txt or no index meta ?

please reply.
it seems it is difficult to find out the exact reason for me so please help because answer of this question will help me and others to prevent blocking by google.
