Default Problem with News Website which is uploaded daily

:?: I am designing a news website in English using Frontpage. I am making pages in *.htm format. The websites, in the test transmission, is uploaded daily. The problem is that on the next day when I upload and re-visit the website, it displays the older version version to me and the other visitors. Until and unless the page is not refreshed (by pressing F5) the problem exists. I understand that this is due to Cache that the PC saves in the Temporary Internet Files. I have got 100 MB Hosting and I dont want to put archives for my website Plz Help! :!:

The best solution is to use some sort of dynamic content that rebuilds the page each time it is queried. You can try this if you like:

http://ozhome.net/tools.shtml

Quote:
Force Proxy Server Refresh: Put the following in the html header and it shouldn't get stuck in proxy servers and cause people to be viewing old copies of webpages stored at their ISP proxy.

<META HTTP-EQUIV="Expires" CONTENT="Thu, 01 Dec 1994 16:00:00 GMT">
<META HTTP-EQUIV="Cache-Control" CONTENT="no-cache">
<META HTTP-EQUIV="Pragma" CONTENT="no-cache">

But if people have their computers setup not to retrive new versions of pages well that is their loss. Tell them to clear the cache or create the page as a dynamic script, eg.
