I need help with my stylesheet i cant seem to get the scrollbar functions to work.



any help would be areciated.

does that look right cause i tried everything and cant get the scrollbars to change colors.

Sorry for the double post guys but i figured it out so if any body has the same problem just get rid of the document type at the top of your html page.That was my problem.
