Default Form Questions - Please Help Before I go crazy!

Hi, I am having trouble creating forms. I want to have text boxes and then a submit button that will send all the information that a user filled out to an E-mail address that I have. Can someone please help and tell me what I have to do to do this?

Thanks so much!

P.S.
I'm using FrontPage if that matters.

Take a look at this tutorial for using CDONTS (If you are using a windows 2003 server, CDONTS doesn't work - do a search for CDO email)
