Default Forms, Indentation, and Forums

I was wondering how to make a form that is like Submit News where you type, your name, date, about, then the news, then hit submit and it will be on the page. I have read some about forms, but i couldn't figure it out. I'm pretty sure it can be done. Can anyone help me out?

Also, i know there is some tricks to indenting paragraphs in HTML, like some weird symbols or something. Anyone know what it is?

Also, I want to put a forum on my site, but i want to attach right on. Anyone know how i could do this? without paying :P
-thanks

Sounds like a "graffiti wall" script like the one at:
http://zorin.org/cgi-bin/graffiti.cgi

I did a brief search @ google, but haven't been able to find the script's homepage. Perhaps you can find the download @ one of the cgi directory sites. Sorry I couldn't be of more help.
