Default content or visuals?

what is more important in good site design?

A) lots of content with little or no graphics... lots of black text on white with important content...

B) lots of graphics that make you go WOW, and flash interfaces?

C) or just good solid info, while entertaining with visuals?

I would have to say C.

If my site was just about flash and graphics I would choose A.

Not B because I HATE boring!
