looking good.. im not sure about the title bar, doesnt read that easily or integrate too well with the rest of the page.. but all up, its starting to take shape.

Nice colors I think your middel text needs to be a different font and the image at the top(<img src="http://www.ride4pain.com/images/rp4header.gif" width="800" height="135" usemap="#FPMap0">) you need to remove the border :wink:

Remove the border? I thought I might do that... but I just wasn't sure how well it would blend with the rest of the page.

The program you used must not understand XHTML(I think that's it's proper name..) Instead of using <br> it would use <br /> 8)
