I am tring to put together a good resource for webmasters and beginners. Please let me know what you think and if there is any other items you would like to see on here.

I have had many people make comments on my header that they did not like it. So I have put a sample together and wondering if I should go with it, before change over 100 pages. So please help me out go to the original then to this sample site. And let me know which one you like.

The website looks pretty good.

I noticed you had google adsense on the left hand side. It might be a good idea to put some adsense ads in a more promient position so that they can be seen and so you can earn a little extra cash.

After an initial scan through the pages, I really couldn't see/hear any accessibility problems with this site.
There are a few minor issues.
The site structure should be improved, it doesn't make you wanna click any further. The structure should be made by colors, size or order.
May be some qualitative web designer shall provide you the necessary productive feedback.

Nice flashy colors, nice flash at the top, portfolio takes time 2 load even on a cable net connection, is your site from a template itself ????????? i think so.
