Hi Guys,

Need a favour if thats ok. Have received a couple of e-mails re the site from the same person. So I'd like to check if her points are valid are not. This is one of the e-mails.

I was wonder if you might consider making a change to your web site? Maybe it's because I'm getting older or maybe it's because I've done web sites for a living for the last 8 years (but it's not my intention to be critical) -- would you think about changing the black type on your page to maybe yellow or blue. It's really, really, really hard to read against the brown background. Got no problem reading the white type, the black is brutal.

Thanks for giving it some thought.

I do a lot of my text in white but when I put up interviews etc. I put the questions in black to distinguish them and break the page up a bit. I've had no other comments on this.

I think she's talking about the axn online chat I posted today so if someone could take a look I'd be very grateful. The link to it is at the top of the index page. She also says my background is brown but it's supposed to be red. It's my first site and has only been up for around 5 months and I don't really want to be changing all my pages
Suzanna

PS. Posted this in the wrong forum just now so apologies to anyone who reads it twice.

The background is a red-brown color. I also can't find the black text page... could you give a link.

Thanks for replying. Generally I use black text when posting interviews or transcripts. I use black for questions or descriptions and white for answers and speech. The link for the latest thing I've posted is

http://216.67.238.99/html/axnchat.html

I think this is what she is talking about. The questions are in black. But I do that all the time and no-one has ever said anything.

Yes, the black isn't the easiest color to read for that background... Maybe you should change it to a light blue or yellow...

Thanks for your help. I'll have a think about the colour. Maybe keep with the white but make it a bolder font.
