It is basic but very clean and easy to read. Maybe a more detailed logo :wink:

How about you make yourself a logo? Also, I really like the mouseover graphics. Great work there.

How about you reduce the information on the frontpage. Its just such a long scroll to the bottom. The 'contact us' part could be on a different page and the 'sister sites' could also be on another page.

The navigation images should always have a transparent background or if possible, the same color with the background.

Clean simple design that looks fine. I would suggest the same thing PY222 did about less content on the front page, the contact and sister sites would be better off on seperate pages.

I agree with the other comments, it is clean, easy to navigate and well laid out. I clicked on your url because I was hoping I would find some quick clues how to work better with my 9 person staff but only found questions and ebooks. What about adding some comments and yes a logo would be great.
