Not a bad design. I like the little dots and lines. They are cool!

IMO the top title ("beauty banner exchange") is too big, i would make it a bit smaller (less height) in order to make the page better for 800x600 or 640x480 users

Default some misspelling
There are misspellings. Capitalization is not consistent. A good quick loading site though.
