Hey free!

My first impression is "What do I do now?" Everything is the same color and nothing stands out. Perhaps adding more colors and borders to help visitors quickly find what they are looking for. Most people don't want to try find their way through a site if it is too hard.

I think a navigation bar across the top would help.

Other then that it's pretty clean. Good work

The design is not too bad, but you may want to consider taking off the ad from the top of the left bar? Also, the margins of the box are erased in my IE.

I really got into the site in general and enjoyed it very much...the usefulness of the site is an A+, the colors might need some dressing up and maybe a kickbutt logo but hey...who am I to say..my site isn't the greatest.
I am very interested in a link exchange because right now my PR is 3 and I need to link with PR4 or higher...can you hook me up?

I like the layout a lot. The background, and the translucent content... looks awesome. I don't think the red links fit in though. Maybe try a shade of green and lose the text-decoration.
Regarding your website ,all I want to add is that its good if you make it little bit more flashy.There should be a flash animated introduction also your top level domain too need some improvement.
You can improve it better.
May be some qualitative web designer shall provide you the necessary productive feedback.
