If I understand corectly you're dealing in real estate. Why not give your site a more corporate look? More effects, and to be sure, don't just highlight the words, make a banner out of them. I would give up the bold types and make the letters bigger and /or add color and a light blue or green background. The idea is very promising, keep up the good work.
